Participation Requirements

Please read and acknowledge each of the following before proceeding to the musical assessment.

Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS) I understand that all volunteers and participants in the St. Joseph Shrine Music Program are required to complete Safe Environment ("Protecting God's Children") training administered by VIRTUS, as required by the Archdiocese of Detroit. This training may be completed online or in person via Zoom. I will complete this training before or immediately upon joining.

Code of Conduct I understand that participation in the Music Program is subject to the Archdiocese of Detroit Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest (ICKSP). I agree to conduct myself in accordance with these standards at all rehearsals, Masses, and program-related events.

All ensembles are audition-only. Completion of this form and assessment does not guarantee placement. The director will contact you to arrange an audition and discuss which ensemble(s) are the best fit.
